TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Clear rules for using ScheduleFlowLab.

These Terms govern ScheduleFlowLab.org, its schedule-building tools, optional accounts, cloud features, templates, guides and downloadable outputs.

Effective: September 22, 2026 Last updated: October 12, 2026

AGREEMENT

When these Terms apply

By accessing or using ScheduleFlowLab, you agree to these Terms to the extent a contract can lawfully be formed in your location. If you do not agree, do not use the website or account features.

“ScheduleFlowLab,” “the website,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to ScheduleFlowLab.org and its operator. Feature-specific notices may also apply. If a feature-specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the feature-specific term controls for that feature to the extent permitted by law.

The Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices, the Cookie Policy explains browser storage, and the Disclaimer explains limits on scheduling information and outputs.

SERVICE SCOPE

What ScheduleFlowLab provides

Guest schedule building

Create and adjust schedules without an account, with available local saving and export controls.

Optional accounts

Use supported sign-in methods for available profile and cloud-workspace features.

Cloud schedule functions

Save, retrieve, update and organize account-linked records where those controls are available.

Guides and templates

Use general explanations, examples, pattern references and starting formats.

Current no-purchase model

The current builder does not require a purchase. If a paid product or subscription is introduced, price, renewal, cancellation, refund and payment terms must be shown before a user agrees to pay.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

An account belongs to the person authorized to use it.

Age and authority

Do not create an account if you are under 13. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, use the service only with the involvement and permission required from a parent or guardian. Organizational users confirm they are authorized to act for that organization.

Accurate information

Provide a valid email and do not impersonate another person or organization. Keep information current when it affects access or communication.

Credential security

Keep passwords, login links and authentication codes confidential. Do not put them in schedules, contact messages or shared files.

Account activity

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not damage the service or misuse another person’s access.

Permitted use

  • Build schedules for lawful personal, educational or organizational purposes
  • Download or print outputs through available controls
  • Share schedules only with people you are authorized to involve
  • Report faults, security concerns and accessibility barriers responsibly

Prohibited use

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, systems or non-public records
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse or disruptive traffic
  • Use another person’s identity, credentials or private schedule without authorization
  • Scrape, probe, reverse engineer or bypass technical limits except where law expressly permits
  • Facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or rights-infringing conduct

YOUR CONTENT

You keep your rights; the service needs limited permission to process the data.

Your rights remain yours

As between you and ScheduleFlowLab, you retain rights you already hold in names, events, notes, availability, templates and other material you enter or upload.

Limited service license

You grant ScheduleFlowLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide features you choose.

Your authority

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful authority needed to submit the content and involve any people identified in it.

Minimize sensitive data

Do not use schedule fields to store passwords, tokens, payment details, medical records or confidential information that the tool does not need.

SHARING & COLLABORATION

Permission controls access; it does not replace judgment.

If a sharing or membership feature is available, select the correct recipient and permission level. A person with access may view, copy, export or change information according to the available role.

Before sharing, check the recipient, schedule contents and authority to include everyone shown. Remove access when it is no longer needed and review changes before relying on the latest version.

Do not treat a share link as confidential unless the feature explicitly provides access restrictions suitable for your situation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service and your schedule are different assets.

The ScheduleFlowLab name, logo, original interface, code, visual system, explanatory content and original templates are owned by or licensed to the service operator and protected to the extent applicable law recognizes those rights.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the website, brand or software.

You may use and share outputs you create, subject to other people’s rights and third-party material. ScheduleFlowLab does not claim exclusive ownership of common facts, dates, times, generic arrangements or standard shift-pattern names.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISING

Connected services keep their own rules.

Authentication and cloud infrastructure

Optional Google sign-in and Supabase services operate under their own terms, policies and availability.

Exports and destination apps

Calendar, file and viewing applications may interpret exported fields differently and operate under their own terms.

Links and advertisements

A link or displayed advertisement does not mean ScheduleFlowLab controls, guarantees or endorses the external product, service or destination.

SUSPENSION, TERMINATION & CHANGES

Access can change when operation or safety requires it.

By you

You may stop using the site at any time. Account or cloud-data deletion requests are subject to reasonable verification and lawful retention exceptions.

By ScheduleFlowLab

Access may be limited when reasonably necessary for prohibited use, security risk, legal requirements, technical harm or material breach.

Service changes

Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued. Notice will be provided when practical and legally required.

Effect of ending access

Ending an account can remove cloud access. Keep a permitted export when continuity matters. Provisions that naturally survive may continue.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

Mandatory legal rights remain intact.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Detailed limits concerning calculations, workplace use, exports and reliance appear in the Disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScheduleFlowLab does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, legal compliance or a guaranteed outcome. Liability is not excluded or limited where applicable law does not allow that result.

You remain responsible for schedule decisions and for maintaining appropriate copies, approvals and independent checks proportionate to the consequence.

CONCERNS & DISPUTES

Start with a clear written notice.

Describe the issue, relevant account or page, requested outcome and supporting information that can be shared safely. This does not prevent urgent relief or the exercise of a right within a legal deadline.

Applicable law

The governing law and forum are those that lawfully apply to the service, user and specific dispute. These Terms do not require a forum that cannot lawfully be imposed.

Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or access to a regulator or court that cannot lawfully be waived.

GENERAL TERMS

How this agreement is interpreted

Changes

These Terms may be revised when the service or applicable requirements change. The date changes after a meaningful revision and required notice is provided.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or removed only as necessary while the remainder continues where legally possible.

No waiver

A delay in enforcement does not automatically waive the right to enforce a provision later.

Assignment

You may not transfer account access or these Terms without permission. Lawful service reorganization remains subject to applicable rights and notice.

Entire agreement

These Terms and policies or feature notices expressly incorporated into them form the agreement concerning use of the service.

Contact

Never include a password, login code, token or private schedule contents in the first message.
