My Schedules.
Every plan, one clear view.

Open your privately saved schedules, inspect commitments, compare weekly workloads, find collisions and export your plans. Your existing ScheduleFlowLab builders remain the place to create and edit activities.

Guest drafts live in the browser where they were made; they appear here only after you explicitly save a cloud copy.

PRACTICAL USER MANUAL

How to use your My Schedules workspace

01 · Sign in and locate cloud copies

Sign in with the account that originally saved the plan. The dashboard reads the schedule list from your private database records. Schedules only held in a browser do not appear until a builder saves them explicitly to your cloud account.

02 · Search, filter and prioritize

Enter part of a schedule name, event title or location. Filter by recognized schedule mode, or sort by modification date, event count, total event duration or alphabetically. Card and row layouts display the same records.

03 · Inspect schedule details

Select View details to see a chronological agenda, weekly overview and overlap report. Use the event search within the details window to narrow long event lists. Timings are shown in the viewing browser’s timezone, clearly labeled.

04 · Understand conflicts properly

Two events conflict when their actual start/end intervals overlap in the same schedule. Adjacent events that touch at an endpoint are not conflicts. A long event crossing several shorter blocks can produce more than one overlapping pair.

05 · Rename or duplicate without losing the original

Rename modifies only the account-owned schedule name. Duplicate creates another schedule and copies its timed events; it does not edit the original. Copies will not inherit private browser-only tasks, notes or appearance settings.

06 · Export and protect your information

Use JSON for the cloud schedule fields and timed events, CSV for spreadsheet analysis, ICS for calendar import, or a print-ready agenda. The export contains what this page can read, not hidden browser state. Keep separate browser backups for unsupported editor settings. Use Browser drafts to inspect current-device tasks, notes and named snapshots without uploading them.

ADVANCED LIBRARY CAPABILITIES

Powerful controls, without another competing editor

Specialized account management that respects your saved calendar data.

⌕

Event-aware search

Find schedules by their names and by matching event titles or locations, without having to open each plan individually.

▥

Weekly heatmap

Compare how many minutes are assigned to each day in a chosen schedule. See busy periods in context instead of relying only on event counts.

⚠

Conflict diagnostics

Inspect overlapping event pairs in chronological order, including their actual shared time interval.

⎘

Safe duplication

Reproduce the timed cloud records into a separate schedule, with a new identity and no edits to the source plan.

⇣

Portable export

Download JSON, CSV and ICS for further analysis, backup and calendar transfer, or print a human-readable agenda.

◈

Account ownership

All schedule reads and permitted updates are restricted to the signed-in user ID and governed by server-side database access rules.

My Schedules — common questions

Why is my newly created schedule missing?

The homepage may have saved it only to browser storage. Open the original editor and select Save to My Schedules while signed in. The cloud list is not automatically built from every local browser cache. Then return here and select Refresh.

Does deleting a cloud schedule also delete my browser backup?

No browser backup is intentionally removed by this page. Deleting a cloud schedule is a separate destructive database action, subject to permissions and foreign-key behavior; it does not erase copies on another device.

Why are tasks and private notes not in my preview?

The existing cloud index stores timed events in its events table. Some builder-only information, such as task lists, canvas layout, and private notes, may not exist in those records. Use the original builder’s full JSON backup when you need all local information.

Can I edit event times from this page?

This workspace is deliberately a review and library-management page rather than a second calendar editor. Use the appropriate builder for event editing. The Open Builder button goes to the main builder; cloud-record loading into that builder is not implied unless the builder itself supports it.

What does the conflict total measure?

The figure counts detected pairs of overlapping start/end intervals within each loaded schedule, not unique minutes or people. It excludes events with invalid dates and cannot account for off-database external calendar appointments.

Clear plans are easier to improve.

Review what you have saved, validate timing and make informed changes in the original schedule builder.
